Silhouette Factory

My name is Barbara Sherman.  My husband, Dave, makes every silhouette piece.  We have been producing our silhouettes for over 7 years.  We start with pictures, some of which we purchase and some of which we design ourselves.  Our highly specialized computer program prepares a picture for cutting and cuts each design out of ⅛ inch steel using a plasma CNC machine.  After each piece is cleaned up, it is painted with a baked-on powder-coated finish.  This allows our signs to be displayed outside or inside.  Although the paint may chip or scratch, if care is taken, the item should not rust.

We offer stock items and custom will work with a customer to create a unique design just for them.
