Five Crows’ jury will be held the last Friday of each month. Please have your items at the shop two days prior to the meeting. All items must be tagged with price and code (if applicable). Please supply Five Crows with a well rounded view of your product line. Five pieces minimum.

( Please call ahead – we occasionally have waiting lists and are not accepting work in certain categories, for example Jewelry, or Fine Art)

All consignees are subject to a $10.00 jury fee. (Non-refundable.) Please make check payable to: Five Crows

Five Crows will notify you within 3 days of our meeting. You may pick up your things anytime after 12:00 noon the day of the meeting.

List of Agreements & Understandings

Once accepted, consignee agrees to a 50/50 split.

Once accepted to Five Crows, you give permission for images of your work, either provided by you or taken from your website, to be used for promotional purposes by Five Crows.

Payment for each month’s sales will be mailed by the 15^th of the following month. Example: Consignees will receive check for January sales by Feb 15^th.

Inventory must be signed in and out. You must individually label or tag All items coming into the shop with Code and retail price

	Example: #6 LAS $48.00 (#6 represents your consignee status, your initials, and price).

Please do not remove items for shows.

Store hours are: Monday - Friday 10 -5 Thursdays til 7:00 Saturday 10 -4. Open Sundays in December.

We allow for returns within thirty days of purchase for store credit only.

Featured Artist: Every two weeks we feature an artist or group of artists, spotlighting their work and offering our customers a 20% discount on this work We publicize our featured artists twice a year by mailing out 3800 post cards to our customer base. We also send out a digital post card to our email list, as well as email announcements every two weeks. We currently have over 890 email addresses.

	If you choose to participate, you will be notified as to when you are going to be featured. Most artists bring in additional work for these two weeks and really ramp up their display.

Work that has not sold in a reasonable amount of time will need to be rotated out of the store and new work will be requested. You will be contacted by a member of Five Crows.

Work will be displayed in different locations within the store as Five Crows deems necessary. We work hard to present all work in the best possible way.

Often our customers will request special orders and contact the artist directly. We are delighted and feel fortunate to be providing an important service to both you and our customers. At times, the transaction will not go through the shop but be handled directly between the artist and the customer. In these situations Five Crows does not expect to collect a 50% commission, however, we would appreciate a 20% commission on these sales (where initial contact is made through Five Crows) as a finder’s fee. Waiver of Liability

Five Crows enters this Consignment Agreement with____________________________________

and as a condition of said agreement the consignee agrees to waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the owners of Five Crows from any and all claims arising from breakage, damage caused by fire, water and all other elements. Five Crows will take all reasonable precautions to protect consignees work but will not be held responsible for acts not foreseen.

In case of theft or breakage Five Crows will notify the artist, via phone or e-mail.

We suggest the artist insure their product in case of any of the above.

"I hereby give my consent to all photographs, audiorecordings, and/or videorecordings taken to represent me on the Five Crows website or taken of me by the staff of Five Crows Gallery & Handcrafted gifts or their designee.

I understand that all such photographs, audiorecordings, and/or videorecordings become the property of Five Crows and may be used by the gallery or others with their consent, for educational, instructional or promotional purposes determined by Five Crows in broadcast or other media formats now existing or created in the future."
