These three things came together when I decided to learn how to make soap, an idea that had been in the back of my mind for some time. A visit from some out of town family gave me the perfect opportunity, as I made gifts for everyone. My family loved their gifts...and a creative passion was born!

I continued making (and giving away) things I learned to create after finding a wonderful "natural skin care" mentor. People encouraged me to offer my items for sale - my husband liked that idea, as I was spending a lot of money on supplies! Using my own items made my skin feel wonderful and let me bid farewell to the chemical-filled moisturizers I used to use.
