"This line of ornaments is created first with
freehand machine stitching on a three-layer sandwich of
wool/rayon felt, and dacron polyfil fiber.
Each ornament is then hand cut with scissors, hand painted
with acrylics, and, in some cases, embellished with
numerous mixed media materials, including beads,
fibers, shells, feathers, silk flowers and collected
natural materials.
I have been creating these ornaments, with an
ever-expanding style list, since 1980."
